Life Story for Jessie Morra

Jessie Morra
Jessie Altobelli Morra, 74, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Tuesday, September 5, 2017.

Jessie was born on October 8, 1942 in San Vito Chietino, Abruzzi, Italy. She moved to Argentina at the age of 7, and to Canada at the age of 18. She spoke Italian, Spanish, and English fluently. After completing her high school diploma in Ontario, Jessie went on to work at CIBC at St. Clair and Vaughan for several years where she met her future husband, Anthony Morra. She enjoyed time celebrating her faith, gardening, arts and crafts, cooking, reading, tending to her cats, and spending time with her family.

Jessie is preceded in her passing by her parents, Pasquale Altobelli and Maria Mancini, and her brother, Joseph Altobelli.

Jessie is survived by her husband Anthony Morra, her children Susanne (Philip), Linda (Louis), Mark (Merkia), and her three grandchildren Mitchell, Raphael, and Aemilia, and her sister Gabriella.
